Loving Truth

Let our hearts welcome
the lessons of life
and open the path
to loving truth

Feast of life

Oh this feast of life
we celebrate with God
eyes wide open
to the heavenly glory
spread before us

Ants

Hurry little ants
business awaits
pushing mounds
back and forth
a mad rush
nowhere our
destination
with no faith
we've nowhere
to go....
and no way
to save our
soul....

Flash of yesterday

Give me a moment
to live in truth
and we'll be reunited
in a flash of yesterday

Touch your passion

Open your heart
touch your passion
honor your love
change the world

The serpent

There's a serpent in my garden,
waiting for me to make a mistake
as I toil and struggle, weeding
oh fertile soil please yield
sweet fruit for my soul

When time runs out

When time runs out
there's no chasing dreams
nor making plans
those habits must stop
to let facts set in
yesterdays outnumber
all of our tomorrows
