Like anything, playing the piano, cooking, ice skating, bowling, writing, or just living, we all improve the more time we devote to learning our craft and expressing ourselves. But without enjoyment, passion, zest, and dedication we remain novices without soul, our creations lacking.

Bring your spirit into your art, feel the rhythm you are moving to, the music you are making. Bring your creation to life, make it a dance of color, freedom, consciousness, an awakening, a statement of the movement and it will come alive.

Strive to be new with each blank page, each naked canvas, use your imagination. Invent what you want to say with it, be bold and unique. Create with all that is inside of you as a gift to yourself, but put your heart and faith into it.

One of the hardest things to accept is that we don't have answers or explanations enough to cover the way emptiness can tear us up inside. We need to fill ourselves with love, and give love, and feed our souls with faith. When we do, the answers will come.

Hello Friend

Our Father is aware of each soul as we are part of Him and as wee seek Him more fully He provides many blessings in our lives. He is with us every moment of every day, He dwells within our being and it is manifested outward in all that we encounter.

There is no way to describe the inner peace and sanctity we receive when we reach out to live our life as one with God. He changes us from the inside out and we are sanctified in His glory. I feel as if I want to reach out to the world in love and peace to touch the soul and heart of every man, woman, and child, everywhere that they may feel this inner glow that is God and call each other friend in the Lord.

Blessed with Time

How blessed I am to be at home, to be a part of all this, of all nature, of all life. The sounds are as of a symphony of life, and through it all the sun is shining, that too is a blessing. I feel rich indeed to have the time to relax and enjoy the beauty of this day.

God in all His greatness answered my prayer and gave me this gift of time to be more aware to all of life around me. To just be, to pray, to go within, to be in tune with the grandeur of all life, to appreciate the small things, to hear and see with more clarity, to be at peace with myself and with God.

What we seek, we find. God answers our prayers, only have faith that He knows our needs and provides. For he does. His blessings are as the raindrops, the fall upon us in plentitude. Give thanks to the Lord our God for through him all is good, and all is well.

Listening to the rain

Praise the Lord. His gifts are many, may our hearts be joyful in Him. The serenade of the rain is soothing, calming, a release of peace in the consciousness. To listen is to relax, to let go, and let God, and to know He is the purpose in our lives.

Made Clear

I do so love being out of doors, unconfined, it is almost as necessary as breathing to me. The Lord blesses us in all weather, but I found it hard to write with the rain, so I retreated indoors, as the rain was blurring my words.

Lately, I've been sent unusual dreams and I'm trying to make sense of them like I sometimes try to make sense of life, but all things are in God's hands and not necessary for us to interpret for they will all be made clear in time. Like my words when the moisture from the rain drys.

Today truly is a day of abundance, the world is wet with it, the trees and nature are alive with it. I feel like Van Gogh out in the storm, and yet somewhat protected on my patio being kissed by the breeze and the rain. God has created another perfect day.
